I cannot get the stuff down! I tried putting vanilla extract and granola, to no avail. What do you guys put in yours to make it edible?

One ounce of maple syrup and frozen blueberries, (or any other fruit you like, you can use honey too)0

sugar free jello mix! makes it taste sooooooo good!0

I can't stand non-fat yogurt. Especially non-fat greek yogurt. A little bit of fat ain't gonna hurt anything0
-
grapes
sometimes I add a dash of splenda and cinnamon or splenda and vanilla extract, but i like the plain taste. It's so refreshing!0 -
Figs & honey - yum!0

I go with low fat rather than non-fat because it's just less gross that way and put cherries and bluberries in it. You'll never stay with an eating plan if you have to eat stuff you hate!0

Juicy berries and a little bit of low fat granola.0
-
blend -
sugar free cheesecake jello mix
frozen strawberries
and ice ---- yummy goodness0 -
if you dont like/enjoy it then dont eat it. Me I eat greek yoghurt and add granola to mine or occasionally a wee bit of cherry jam to sweeten it0
-
A little bit of granualted sweetner and some cinnamon powder, delish!0
-
Try non-fat vanilla yogurt. Same amount of calories as plain, but tastes a ton better. I add a sliced banana.0
-
Non fat yogurt tastes like sour chalk. I eat fromage frais/cottage cheese/Greek yogurt instead!0
-
Garnola, fruit, nuts0

For breakfast i have porridge, banana and either blueberries or strawberries with no fat natural yoghurt.
I didnt like it at first so would put a spoon of honey on but to be honest it grew on me and i just have it without the honey.0 -

sugar free cheesecake jello mix

all awesome suggestions...thanks!
I wanted to use the yogurt as a snack, but didn't want to waste fat grams on just a snack...would much rather put it twds meals. I'll try the low fat kind, though.0 -
If I want it sweet I put in fruit, usually berries, sometimes kiwi fruit or Jam. If I want it savoury I mix some garlic, ginger and lemon juice in it. When I have it savoury I usually use it as a dipping sauce with my vegies0

just loads and loads of fruit...... sorry I like the taste!0

I eat the non-fat plain greek yogurt, I mash up some strawberries so they're nice and juicy and mix it all up. (I'm trying to avoid artifical sweetner)0
-
Ditto the granola and berries. I like blueberries with crushed pecans also, but that is a bit higher on the fatty side.0
-
I have plain non-fat Chobani yogurt that tastes like sour cream without anything in it.
I put a tablespoon of ovaltine and a teaspoon of sugar in it and it tastes just like pudding.0 -
Bear Naked Granola the fruit and nut one. Its soooo good0
-
I usually just put honey and granola in mine. I also use it instead of mayonnaise and sour cream.0

I have stopped putting stuff in my yogurt, and started putting yogurt on my other stuff.
Sounds like a small difference, I know, but I find I get more full and consume less calories when I eat a bowl full of fresh fruit - say, some blueberries, strawberries, and a peach, then top it off with a 1/2 cup of yogurt, then I do when I eat 1+ cup of yogurt with something else thrown in to spice it up.
Life is made up of small differences.0 -
I can't stand plain yogurt, with or without fat, Greek or otherwise. I only buy the plain Greek to sub for sour cream. I also don't like vanilla or honey. So if you're going to add stuff anyway, just buy the flavored stuff. I love the Chobani blueberry and raspberry, and my sister would step over an injured family member to get the pineapple (which is 2%, as is the strawberry banana) - she loves it so much! I love the Athenos brand, too, but none of the stores by my house carry it.
That being said, when I do add granola, I like Bear Naked Fit. Grape Nuts work well too.0 -
Try frozen fruit of your choice and/or granola! I would also recommend non-fat vanilla yogurt...so much tastier!0
-
Honey and walnuts for me. Jammie0

natural yogart and honey together is soooooooooooooooooooooo yummy!
but i don't tend to have as honey has too many cals in lol0 -
I like to mix in a bit of acai berry juice in my greek yogurt. Maybe a bit of a granola bar?0
