egg question

In the data base it has scrambled egg as 140 calories. I use a med egg, water not milk and I microwave so I use no additional fats. Is there really 5 fats to an egg? ( I am shocked because I always thought it was only 70 calories also.)

That sounds incorrect. Some things in the database are way off!0

I would just put in an egg rather than scrambled egg if you're not adding anything to it.0

Try listing the separate ingredients and see what you get. Or create your own recipe in the recipe section (Cloneme's scrambled eggs).0

Make your own recipe, and save it, then use that rather than the one in the database.0

I would just input the brand of eggs you are using and the size. When I make scrambled eggs, I input "Wegman's Large Egg" quantity: 2.0

According to nutritiondata.com (http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/dairy-and-egg-products/117/2) one large egg (50 g) has 77 calories and 5 g of fat.0

Thanks for the information. I changed it as suggest. However, UGH... I think I might be going to egg whites to cut some fats!!!! Thanks for your help.0
