Smoked salmon salad

Was going to grill but rain started coming down hard and it was getting late… so went into the fridge and pulled out leftovers from Saturdays grilling. Homemade guacamole, pico de gallo, giant portobello mushroom and 3.5 oz of split sirloin. Some unsalted chips as a transport. That was shared between wife and I. Can’t complain. Half the pico was the only survivor afterwards.
