I'm new!

One of my coworkers just introduced me to this site. While I don't have any severe weight issues, I am at high risk for diabetes and other food-related health issues. I'm addicted to carbs and sugar. The worst part is that I've taken several nutrition classes throughout college, and I still eat poorly. I'm hoping that keeping a semi-public food diary can help me monitor myself and recognize things I can work on. Wish me luck!
