Wanting to say hello & give brief history. Retired RN. Husband is disabled - diagnosis of esophageal cancer in 2015 - celebrating that the cancer has not returned! Finally able to track that 2 years back I weighed in @ 175 - my heaviest ever ! That is what happens when you quit walking, riding a bicycle and a bit heavy handed on the alcohol @ night! To date, have lost 30 lbs and 13 of that since July 1, this year. I have to do more than sit, eat and crochet !! Only occasional wine now ! Looking forward to more recipes, gettings hints and support here & maybe learning a bit more on just how to find and do in this app. Always love !y

New member. This is a super app. I’m actually on WW blue plan, but I’ve found so many ways to overeat zero point foods I was stuck. Down 1 1/2 pounds since counting calories. . I actually feel more satisfied because Im eating things I used to avoid, and avoiding ones that have too high calories— carb-y and artificially sweetened. Im in Indiana. Married. 2 grown sons.0
