Agression, Energy, and cravings from working out.

I know you get energy from working out. I have been getting very aggressive feeling, like I could pick a car up and throw it. It seems the more I work out the more energy I have and the more I feel like I can do anything. I don't know if aggressive is the right word because I don't want to hurt anyone or anything like that. I just feel like I could literally move anything and do anything. I have also noticed my umm... love life cravings have increased greatly. Just wondering if this is natural. I'm not taking any enhancements or anything besides an herbal life protein shake.

that's the endorphins at work
Perfectly normal, and makes it so worth it to do it

*giggle* I read that like a spiderman quote and giggled. With much weight loss comes great power. Be careful.
Exercise should make you feel good. Go with it! Just use your new found powers for good, not evil.0 -
That sounds about right.but I experience also a calm relaxed loose feeling too. After being at this six months I finally have adopted a well rounded workout program of cardio, strenth training and stretching. If you ever don't like feeling that way try swimming. It is a fantastic burn but leaves you calm and loose. As to the romance and confidence, yep way fun.0

I used to feel this way. Not so much anymore, I just feel tired all the time and irritable. So enjoy the feeling. It is normal.

A good workout will give you those endorphins, like you could go out and conquer the world single-handedly. And the way you're feeling about yourself might increase your libido too - that's normal and perfectly healthy - It depends on the workout, but I notice some of the same feelings after a good run or when I used to do a boxing circuit. It helps me feel actually more placid for the rest of the day..0

Testosterone boost is a side effect of any heavy strength training program. And that's good.I know you get energy from working out. That is my quote of the day. Except, I will not be saying it. That would be weird.
I definitely feel different post work out. I feel more confident, even though I consider myself a confident person, I have more energy and I feel the need to climb a rope that's attached to a washing machine on full spin.0
