Hello Everyone! Yesterday I decided that it is necessary for me to lose weight and stop the madness with the eating. Counting calories worked for me before. This app seems really cool on my phone. Its easier to input things in than writting it down.

    Welcome, I love the app too, means I always have my diary with me so no excuses for forgetting things I have eaten, the barcode reader on it is great too when filling in my diary also when I do the shopping

    fill out your profile information with as much detail as possible...and review it often. the mental part is critical and that will help you with the mental part. based on a thread someone posted this week, I recently added 10 things I hate about being overweight to my profile. I think doing that will help the mental challenge of getting into a long term healthy lifestyle
