hello i love oat smoothies and i make a really simple one

basically 25g to 50g of porridge oats
milk be it soya or dairy 100mls to 200ml depending how you like it
and one banana what ever size you like
and blend simple and its really lovely sometimes i add crushed pumkin and sunflower seeds for added nutrients and protien. you could also add blueberries or any other fruit you like.
