Hi all, I'm Taylah, I'm a 24 year old Australian girl.
I've spent the last 4 years being a yo yo, I had lost 30 KG and got down to 70kgs but put it back on after I lost my dad to suicide. I then put another 30kgs on due to being in a comfortable relationship.
But the fact of the matter is I don't want to me 130kgs anymore, i don't like what I see in the mirror, so this time is the last time I yo yo.
I'd love to have some friends to share my journey with and hold each other accountable, so please feel free to comment and let me know if I can add you!

Hi, I'm Trish from Ireland. 45 years old and am only on here as my gym instructor asked me to track calories so he could see what I was eating. I have been on here 3 or 4 times before lost a bit then gained it all back again, I am not hung up on being skinny that will never be me but want to be healthy & somewhat fit. I go to the gym 3 times a week at the moment but hope to go 4 next year, I just cant at the moment as have lots of family stuff going on so dont get the time. My main goal is not to get cancer if I can, not to have a stroke or heart attack and I will be happy x2
