Hi my names Penny & i really need help getting back into exercise as i seem to have lost my mojo for it can anyone help😭

    Slow and steady. Instead of going all out and then burning out, build up to regular exercise.

    Start with a small sustainable goal say 60 minutes per week. Certainly you can find 60 minutes somewhere. 6x10, 4x15, 3x20......it's all good. Make yourself accountable. Mark this on a calendar, track it on a spreadsheet, something. When this becomes a regular habit, add more time.

    Use variety to find something you enjoy. YouTube has tons of free workouts. Look for 15 minute workouts. Weather is bad, no equipment, not enough space? These are all excuses. Find something "excuse proof." Excuse proof for me was Leslie Sansone. Indoors, no equipment, little coordination required. From there I tried new things.
