working out at the gym

I really do like working out at a gym i was a way from it for a while and thats when i gained alot of my weight back that i lost last year :mad: . but now that im back t is so nice :smile: . theres a variety of equipment and sometimes some eye candy to look at too haha. I now sometimes its hard to watch those incredibly skinny people there :explode: . however its good motivation. But every time i get into my routine it seems like something works against me whether getting sick or hurt, it really sucks. it's like im not supposed to work hard and loose the weight. it does get a bit frustrating. hopefully this time i can get through it. :wink:

    I feel like that too sometimes, but I just work thru it as best I can, and keep going. IT will get better, thats what I tell myself! :flowerforyou:
