We have just started our weight loss journey and would like any tips to keep focussed please. We are in UK

    Hi!
    Dont set your goals too far out of reach at the start, make sure you can smash through a set goal each week to keep you motivated, whether its weight or knocking 30 seconds off of a run you did last week. Slow and steady wins the race.
    Its good that you are able to do it with your daughter too, help each other and motivate each other but make it your own journey, when one loses weight one week the other may not and that could be down to one of hundred reasons, dont get disheartened. Also always a bonus when you have a weightloss partner that can kick you up the *kitten* when its needed, good luck to the both of you in your weight loss journey 😁
