Maintain Fitness Level?

10 weeks ago my VO2MAX = 34 (barely good for my age and sex).

Yesterday my VO2MAX = 41 (barely elite for my age and sex).

The exercise program that got me there:

10 min warm up cardio
15 min weights
10 min yoga
10 min recovery cardio

45 min 4X per week = 180 min @ 70% MHR.

Will the following program maintain my fitness level?

10 min warm up cardio
30 min weights
15 min yoga
10 min recovery cardio

65 min 2X per week = 130 min @ 70% MHR?
