Hi Everyone. I used this many many years back and I thought I would try again. I allowed myself to get into poor exercising habits because of Covid and I need to get back on track.

I have found that trying low carb, intermittent fasting fads, etc. just do not work for me anymore. I am hoping that developing better exercise habits and eating more fruits and vegetables do the trick. I eat like a bird but not necessarily the right things.0

I use to use MFP a few years back but then life happened then Covid hit, Now I'm fat and lazy again. My plan is to cut out so much beer and just try to eat smart. Maybe I will start working out again but my opinion on that is I have time sensitive things I would rather do with my son before he gets grown.... However I see the importance of taking care of myself so I am making an effort!0
