I'm here to lose 80 lbs!

Howdy. I started my 80 lb weight loss journey today. Can't wait to see the results and share/hear about milestones over the next couple of years. Slow and steady wins the race.

    Welcome! Bicycle has been a good burner for me the last couple months. That along with staying under the intake goals, I've lost the 2lb pet week I set as my goal so far. At some point I think I'm supposed to lower the calories per day, but as long as I'm continuing to drop what the goal drop is, I guess I'll leave them as they are. Good luck to you. Starting is the hard part. The rest starts to make you feel better and that helps a lot.

    I'm a mom of an 18 month old 💙 trying to get back to a weight that I feel more comfortable in but in a sustainable way. Also my first day of not breastfeeding in 18 months.. it's bitter sweet. 😢💙 Feel free to add me and we can encourage each other 🙂
