solid foods in milliliters instead of grams. Is this a feature or a bug?

Every solid food i try to look up has entry in term of fluid volume, but not in terms of grams. Is there a way to change some setting to switch to grams? I have scales to weigh things in grams. How does it even work in terms of measuring scallions or broccoli in milliliters? Isn't it extremely imprecise and depending on how tight you pack it in. Would appreciate any pointers.

It's definitely not a feature, you've just chosen some 'funky' entries 🙂 the database is mostly crowdsourced, you just need to look up different foods entries that have the right units.0
