Hey, I was introduced to this tape recently and until then I never thought I would be able to do a workout tape! I always thought that tapes were too hard, too fast and all the people on the tape looked like they worked out every day in a gym
For all of you unfamiliar with this tape, check it out. Leslie Sansone has tapes that exercise you to the equivalent of walking 1,2,3,4 and 5 miles beginner, intermediate & expert. I love these tapes and just bought the box set.
Happy Walking! :flowerforyou:

I agree! I have a couple of her tapes and they are great.0

It's nice because it's not hard you know?0

Thanks for the reminder, i have those tapes buried deep in my old exercise vault of old tapes:happy:0

I love her tapes. I once lost 40 pounds doing the 1 - 2 - 3 mile ones. Of course, I gained part of it back being senseless but I won't this time.0

Exactly! Even though it's easy and you can keep up with the moves and steps it still is a really great workout. I have the weighted balls too. Those things really work out my arms!0 -
I love Leslie Sansone!!
She has been my walking buddy all winter. I only have the 1-2-3 mile tapes from ages ago, but I borrow her newer ones from the library. They are great because you can make them as intense as you feel up to that day; adding weights if you're ready for more. I discovered a new one: walk fit, or walk strong, I think it's called. It's only 2 miles but she does 3 minute intervals with weights and squats. I'm still feeling it today!0 -
I do them too. Just curious how you mark the workout in your exercise journal?0

I have her tape, never tried it. Maybe I will tonight after the biggest loser.
I have not been exercising at all and I really need to get ito a routine of some sort!

I have the 1 through 4 mile walks. They're great! I love how she incorporates weights into the walk; my arms are always sore afterwards0

The 1 mile I mark as Walking 2.5 mph
2 mile walking 3.0 mph
3 mile walking 3.5 mph
4 mile walking 4.0 mph0
