Stomach ache// scale not moving

I've been on my calorie deficit haven't seen scale change i haven't lose or gain , got stomach ache anything i eat my stomach hurt scared to eat know

    How long have you been consistent in your calorie deficit and not seen any change in weight?

    Are you weighing your food?

    This may be a painfully obvious question, but you are eating, aren’t you? These aren’t hunger pangs, right?

    You’re not trying anything like an extended fast, or “toxin purge”, juice cleanse etc?

    Have you had a bowel movement lately?

    Have you urinated? Is it stop and go, painful at all, or normal flow?

    If something feels abnormal, don’t second guess. Ask your health care provider for help.
