Hi

My wife and son have done very well using the app on their phone.
I just started yesterday and set my goal to 1 lb a week which so far seems easy.
Yesterday and today have calories left over. Not sure if I want to get more aggressive and change to 1.5 lbs/week.
Any suggestions?

    I would keep the goal at 1lb for now.
    If you find that it's still easy for you after a week or two then be more aggressive.
