I started focusing on weight loss April 2020 and have managed to lose 60 lbs and keep it off! But I'm really hoping to lose 40-80 more in the next year or two.
Add me if you need a little extra motivation too! I love seeing everyone's updates and it really helps keep me on track.

Height - 5'4''
Starting Weight - 300 lbs
Current Weight - 239
Goal Weight - 150-175 (just being realistic, we'll see how final maintenance goes 😂)

Hi new to the community
I could definitely use support and accountability buddies. I’ve gone down and up and down and up over the last 2 years. Lost 30 lbs earlier this year then gained back 17 of it.
I’d like to lose 100 lbs in the next year and keep it off!
I know it’s baby steps. So here I am making my first step and post!
I’m an emotional eater and struggle to do any exercise. Have depression.
I’m 49 and I’m in early menopause also.

I'm 44 from the UK, 200+ is an understatement but I've lost half a stone so far. My aim is to just log and stay under target and accept whatever weight loss that gives me cause I know I get obsessed by the pounds and lose motivation when they don't do what I expect. I've got a long journey ahead of me.0
