Chick tata casserole
Chick Tata casserole
About 2 lbs. of skinless chicken breast boiled (save one cup broth)
Two large potatoes washed and cut about 1/4 inch squares leave peeling on
Two celery stalks diced
One small onion diced
3 tsp butter buds
One tsp garlic powder or one clove
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp season salt
One-cup fat free sour cream mixed with your saved broth
Dice cooked chicken add all other ingredients mix one cup chicken broth with sour cream and pour on top bake in oven at 375 for about 45 min or until potatoes are tender.
When done you can sprinkle with ¼-cup mozzarella cheese if desired. Makes about six servings. Very low in calories and fat

One-cup serving:
