Hi, all! I'm Sammy. I've been on the weight struggle bus since senior year of high school. I'm 33 now and mildly weight cycled from the age of 18-30 or so at the weight range of 125-145. I'm 5'4", have PCOS and gained 50 lbs in 2019 due to some terrible mental health struggles that led into the creation of a binge eating habit. I've been trying to get those pounds off ever since. I'm sitting at 182.4 as of this morning. Highest weight was 200.6. So I'm at least going in the right direction. I'm finally ready to make some real, steady, and hopefully quicker progress. I'm not restricting any foods, but rather going with an all foods in moderation strategy. Set my calorie goal based off of calculator.net's calorie generator. My goal is 1lb per week. Would love to make some accountabilibuddies here!

There is a group - " Lose 1 pound a week and keep it off! 2021" you should consider joining. I have found it to be a very helpful & supportive group. Best wishes in your journey!0

Thank you for letting me know!! I just can't manage 1200 cal per day, so I upped mine to 1314 or something like that, so it gives me some wiggle room.0
