I've tried to so many diet programs but I've finally realized counting calories has been the best choice for me. It took several weeks for me to figure out how to get the most "most bang for my buck". Learning to make choices that would fuel my body versus just eating. I'm still learning and have done alot of searching for the right site for me. I LOVE this site. The food diary has been so easy to do.I feel in control and strong. I've already notice a difference in how I feel . Slow and steady is my plan. I know I can lose the weight its learning to make the changes so I can keep the weight off.

    This site is fantastic. I love how it makes counting calories in and calories out soooo easy. It holds me more accountable to myself. I would love to friend you.

    Hi and welcome! Your story sounds so similar to mine - I also have realized that calorie counting is the way to go for me, and I love this site for its ease of use. And, for the first time ever, or at least for as long as I can remember, I realize - no, accept - that slow is just fine as long as I'm doing things which are better for my health.
