Calorie goal and activity

Hi I can’t figure out my calories for a deficit on this app MyFitnessPal app plus not sure how active I am each day at work life balance I walk 80k steps per week or more

Choosing an activity level is not an exact science, but since you are averaging over 10,000 steps a day, I'd say start with "active". Eat at that calorie level for at least 4 weeks.
If you lose faster than expected, then adjust up to "very active" and eat more.
If you do not lose weight or much slower than expected, then adjust down to "lightly active".
You have to experiment a bit to see what's going to work for you. But, be sure to give any adjustment AT LEAST four weeks to see if it's working as expected.6 -
