A New Way To Get Exercise In........

I had to ring our tax office earlier and was on hold for a while.....So I decided to get off my butt and move......I actually got a bit puff and I wish I was on hold longer........

Anyone else done this?......

    All of a sudden today I caught myself marching in place while I was watching television. I've been doing some walking dvds, and something just clicked, guess it just makes sense to be moving instead of setting.

    Yes--I like to multi-task, too. I do arm exercises when I'm walking, shimmy when I brush my teeth, park further away than necessary, etc., anything to keep moving and burn a few more calories. Yesterday, I was looking at little video clips of exercises you can do from your chair at work (preferably when no one is looking). When I substitute teach, I use any down time to walk the halls, or I do stretching and arm circles, etc., between classes before I let the students in. As busy people, we have to take advantage of opportunities to get in a little extra exercise.
