New to MyFitnessPal community
Hello there,
Im new to the fitness pal community but not to the app itself. I’m 21, 141lbs, I’ve lost 3lbs doing some Chloe Ting 2 week shred challenge workouts. The app has helped me tremendously on tracking my calories! I’m about a week and a half into eating healthy and exercising. I love my new file style!

I'm 27, 148lbs, and honestly Chloe Ting is so angelic. I really appreciate her low impact HIIT alternatives.
I love to talk with real people doing workout challenges, I'm always trying to tone up my tummy so I want to know what works for others.
