Welcome!
If my math is correct, 20 kg is almost 50 pounds. I strongly recommend that you plan on taking at least 6 months to lose that. But, if you build muscle at the same time you might not see that much loss on the scale but be very happy with your progress all the same.
As a 60+ year old woman with some physical limitations, I can’t help with the workout question you asked.
What worked for me was to lose slowly, 1 to 1.5 pounds per week, changing habits slowly. I have to eat to lose weight! I no longer eat some foods I used to love, but found replacements I enjoy.
There are some really smart people here who can help you with specific things you need. One question you might ask is how many calories you should eat to start out. You will need to share your current weight and activity level for others to best answer your questions
