    Be honest with yourself and others. Oh, and set realistic goals. Oh, aaaand be disappointed if you don't meet a goal, but don't let it throw you off track or discourage you. You'll hit it eventually.

    Drink your water & get your daily exercise. If it's losing a small amount or maintaining your weight, you can do that too.
