Hi I’m looking for people with similar paths.
Looking to strengthen my muscles and my mind through movement.
I am not a member of a gun due to Covid, so perhaps we can improve ourselves with outdoor activities like biking l, walking, hiking?

Ultimately training to do a mini triathlon in a year, but don’t worry- it’s not as serious as it seems!

    Hi! I am in a similar boat and I’m looking for a buddy! I’m F, 42, 5’6” and 164. My goal weight is 150. I live in New Mexico. I have 2 kids- 9 and 2.5- and My spouse and I both work full time, so we are busy busy!

    My goals for my buddy is to have a daily or near daily check in to keep me accountable for my September goals.

    Living where I do, outdoor activities (hiking especially) are my thing! I also take lots of walks, do barre twice a week, and will occasionally do online workouts on YouTube or Peloton.
