Hii, I’ve been on this app since 2015 and I still don’t have many friends because I never really used to post anything. I would just log my food and then get off.
Now I am starting to post more and interact with the little friends I have on here.

It’s really motivating and comforting to see everyone else’s progress.

I am new to working out so I could use all the help I could get lol.

Right now i’m on a body recomp to lose fat but build muscle at the same time. Still learning.

Anyways, lets be friends? :) I would love to see how everyone’s journey is going and learn new recipes and tips.
