How to contact MyFitnessPal

There is no phone number to contact MyFitnessPal. Chat is of no help at all like talking to another planet. I need to talk or email MyFitnessPal about my subscription, billing, etc. Not only is Chat helpless, I can't find an email to contact MyFitnessPal?? MFP is a very good tool for healthy eating and weight management but they stink when it comes to customer service. If I can't get this resolved, I will request my bank handle it and they will, in my favor.
