first week.... no weight loss!

Hi everyone, firstly can I say, I am no novice to this app as I used it three years ago and managed to lose 25lbs and keep it off. Over recent years I have seen my weight creeping up slowly and have now decided to get back on it and I reinstalled the app. I have followed everything down to the letter, weighing out food ect. It does not go in my mouth unless it has been accounted for. I have weighed myself today and have been so disappointed that I have simply maintained my weight.
I am 5ft 11inches, 37, female and my daily calories are 1407 because I currently weight 12 stone and want to lose 14lbs.
I dont expect to lose masses in water weight and I know, like before, my journey will be a slow and steady one. It previously took me six months to lose 25lbs but to say Im gutted that this being my first week back and ive not lost anything would be an understatement.
Anyone else found this problem? Please tell me there's light at the end of the tunnel?

I also need to add, it is not my time of the month either0

Weight loss isn't linear. Trust the process, give it at least a month and ideally two full menstrual cycles before you change anything up. And hey, if you did actually maintain (I suspect you're retaining water and probably have some food in transit), that's not nothing.3

I totally feel that! It can really suck all the wind from your sails when you’ve been so good, and you aren’t seeing the results you’re hoping for. I have much more to lose, and it can be disheartening when I see no loss, or even gain some times. Keep it up! Your body just needs to catch up to the good things you’re doing for it! =D1

Thank you. I think I'm forgetting that even if I don't see instant weight loss, I'm still doing good things for it and I must persevere because I know this method works for me1
