The majority of calorie density with pizzas comes from the cheese and the dough which is mainly what constitutes a traditional pizza. Obvioulsy there are things like cauliflower bases and lower fat cheeses but the best thing to do is just enjoy a a slice or two maybe with a nice salad on the side and leave it at that.0
