Hello everyone I'm new

Hello everyone!! today is a new day for me. In the last year in a half i gained 35 lbs!! stress is a real issue for me. Moving to a new state and losing my balance no job was an issue for me has been hard. I started school and it has motivated me to jump start my life again. This is a new stepping stone for me and can't wait for what's ahead.

Welcome to MFP. I wish you good luck in reaching your goals and seeing where this "stepping stone" can take you. Exercise can be a great way to relieve stress. There are lots of helpful people here and tons of great resources. Feel free to add me if you would like.

Welcome and good luck. You are going to love the food database and tracking. It is really differernt when it's in your face everyday.
Be sure to log on everyday and if you can plan a day ahead. It helps to keep from going over. You can make changes where you need to before you eat the wrong thing. :drinker:0 -
