Good Morning Everyone! As most of you know Charger is on a well deserved vacation and I have offered to help keep the challenges up while he relaxes! So let’s get started and kick this fat out the door!!!
Today's Challenge is: Lunges with Biceps Curls

Lets shoot for 200 total (100 each leg)

This is a full body challenge. It works your core, legs, and arms in one burning motion!

You can do them with any weight you want…hand weights, soup cans, bottles of water, or milk jugs.

You can break them up throughout the day or do them all at once…You have until midnight to get them done.

If you can't do 200, then do what you can. Remember to push yourself -- This is a challenge, so challenge your body!!! Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.

    (Except I live in Oz and its 8pm here so I might not get them done until tomorrow!)

    I think the link for the video is incorrect. The video is showing tricep dips.

    No problem after doing Kickboxing and trx this is not a real big challenge for me! thanks I will keep doing them.

    I'm done. I had to do them in groups of 50. This was difficult because as I got more and more tired, I lost balance more easily and really needed to concentrate on form to not get sloppy. An excellent choice; I am sure I will feel them later today.

    Just got home from work and finished my last set of 50. Broke them up throughout the day. Fun challenge!

    I did 220 with 15 pound weights.

    I did 40 on Friday and realized my legs were gonna be hurting come sat and on Saturday I had to run 12 miles for my half marathon training. So I stopped at 40. However, today I did 100 per leg with 5lb weights. I'm just hoping to be able to walk tomorrow!!
