Hello. My name is Karen shepherd. I and wanting to lose 25 pounds. My weakness is sweets. I work in a nursing home and we have a covid hall And there is always junk food and sweets to eat. I’m hoping logging what I eat helps.

    Welcome Karen, logging will help but so will weighing and measuring your food portions. I've loss 50 plus pounds with that method, eating mostly what I.like but in moderation. You can have a treat from. The hall but if it makes you lose all abandon, for now I would stick to healthy snacks like fruit. You can do this, it seems tough at first but if you stick with it days and weeks will past and you will see the results of your changes, exercise, water, food measuring .🙃🤗
