Starting My Journey

Hey, just starting and get familiar with this app. So far I realized my food intake is mostly garbage. Switch sweet drinks for water and watching my sugar intake. Going to stick to it.

    Welcome to MFP! Sounds like you're off to a great start! Cutting down on sweet drinks is huge... good for you!! I use Swerve as a natural sweetener replacement... it comes in a few varieties, ie - granular, brown, confectioners. Good luck on your journey!
