So I had a bit of a "moment" having just tried to add "green tea" to my snacks just now. MFP couldn't find whatever I had (mis)typed, but suggested I may have meant Ground Ear...

    Fair point. I think it was a generic ear... I must say, rather innacurate on MFP's part. I mean mouse ear v rabbit ear is a whole lotta filling for the calories!!!

    I add it to smoothies to increase the protein. There is a lot of protein in cartilage.

    I prefer my ground ear mixed with some shallots and a little cumin....mmmmmm earrrrrr.
