EAS Whey Protein - Chocolate **NOTE, I am asking ladies for opinions only because most of the responses I have received about a good protein mix was from ladies but ANYONE is welcome to answer of course! -- I just bought some from Safeway today! It seems like a good buy with the low carbs, sugar and low in cals.. and a good amount of protein!! (I bought this to get a good amount of protein in and for a post workout meal or even a meal replacement!)
To those who use EAS.. or for the ladies who have responded to my other post before.. do you have any smoothie recipes - what would be delicious with this protein mix? I have not tried it yet but I was thinking of using some Trader Joes organic peanut butter and half of a banana or something.. any other smoothie recipes is highly appreciated, thanks!

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons Better 'n Peanut Butter
Protein powder
I actually don't use ice with it. I just mix it up and drink. Super delicious and filling.0 -

I do a similar one-- a scoop protein powder, a cup of almond milk (vanilla unsweetened, 35-40 cals a cup depending on brand), ice or almond milk ice, and sometimes a tablespoon of peanut butter. I was using peanut flour from TJ's, which I believe is similar to PB2, but the dirty boogers discontinued it.
If I want a fruitier mix I do the protein powder, almond milk, half a frozen banana, and 4-5 frozen strawberries. Frozen fruit is great so you don't need ice.0
