Excited to take the first steps on getting back to me and control of my health and cholesterol. My hardest challenge is that I am recovering from pneumonia at the moment so exercise is off the books per doctors orders for a few weeks and I am a runner. Does anyone have advice on how I can change MyFitnessPal from logging my steps from my phone to my Apple Watch? I do not always carry my phone with me. Thanks in advance for any advice.
