Hi 👋 I'm Karen and am 56. Looking for support and motivation from other 50 plus ladies and I'll also support you.
Really having trouble with motivation to exercise and to stay on the path of healthy eating. I would like to lose 100 pounds in total but I'm taking that long term goal in increments of 10 pounds at a time.
I'm a binge eater , an emotional eater and night time eating is my worst time for munching on unhealthy foods. I need help.

Reading your post is like reading about myself!!
I am UK based- not that really matters. Had BED treatment, so I know what I need to do & what is the best way to safely loose weight & happy to share what I’ve learnt, but desperately need support too, as I am no longer having treatment (it only lasted 6 weeks)
