    Be careful with soup - some are low calorie but ones laden with cream, cheese etc - not so much

    Well I didn't click disagree either - but in fact I do disagree that greek yoghurt curbs cravings and promotes weight loss.

    I didn't click disagree either - but in fact I do disagree with the whole concept of single foods being filling, with the possible exception of legumes. I need a mix of carbs, fat, protein, and fiber to fill me well for relatively low calories. Legumes might well fit this description, but I've never had them without aromatics and vegetables and/or stock or meat. I often throw legumes into recipes that would otherwise have a lot of liquid, most recently with braised lamb and coming up in chicken cacciatore.
