My all time favorite is the P90X yoga DVD, it's 90 minutes and the first 45 are TOUGH. I don't know if you can buy it by itself, but I seriously love it.0

Sara Ivanhoe (produced via Crunch) and Rodney Yee are my favorite DVD instructors. DVDs from Yoga Zone can be good, although sometimes are poorly edited (i.e., only works one side of your body, so if you want to even things out you'll need to rewind). I really like Sara Ivanhoe's "Candlelight Yoga." Don't count on it to burn too many calories, but it's very relaxing to do before bedtime.0

Yoga X from P90X hands down! I have my kids do this with me and they used to hate it. Now they look forward to Yoga X on Saturday morning even the3 “Oms” at the end.
There is a free program on PBS called Power Yoga by Adrienne Reed that is about 25 minutes and she is great!
So happy to hear that you are incorporating Yoga into your lifestyle.0 -
