I'm in the final phases of PT/Rehab following ACL Surgery.....striving to get back to my "New Normal"/"New 100%" - count me in if you like.0

I've done PT in the past, and I highly recommend getting into a routine that is non-negotiable. For me that meant doing it while the coffee was brewing in the morning and while dinner was cooking at night. Find a schedule and stick to it.
I don't know that anyone other than yourself can really create the discipline, however I hope you understand that PT is the fastest way to heal your body and injuries. Not doing the PT could cause lifelong disabilities.
I hope you get the healing you are seeking.

Op, have been off my feet sinceApril. Look forward to doing the PT sessions at home and doing the resisted exercises and stretches. Just found out my PT offers a lifting form critique for free and will help with compound lift variations. Have set this as a goal for when I get good leg mobility and strength.
PT may feel like starting over. I had to change that mindset. Now view it as a daily habit to help me get back to exercises. After 2 weeks, noticing improved depth and stability in bodyweight squats. Looking forward to further improvekents.1
