I lost 40 lbs last year and it slowly started coming back. I need to lose another 15 lbs….again…. to be “normal” and no longer “overweight”

Well, the great thing is you're catching it before you're back at your starting weight!
So what lead to the regain? Weight loss is one thing, finding a strategy to keep it off is often the hardest part!0 -
I did the same, I lost about 50 pounds (not for myself, but for someone else) and then gained it all back plus some. I am losing it this time for myself!2

I’ve regained 50
and just had knee surgery and Achilles’ tendon surgery so trying to start loss again by just watching what I eat until I’m released to workout again.

I lost 100lbs 3 years ago. I'm back to exactly what I was when I started that journey.
I did it before and I can do it again.
101 lbs to lose. Let's do it!2
