Motivation

Hey everyone! I just started over as of yesterday. Decided to start over this week, and continue into the new year. I'm not sure how many times I've fallen off the wagon, so I'm starting over, and sticking with it for good! So with that, if you're new or starting over for what may seem like a millionth time, let's be friends! Find support and motivation for each other. We all got this!

Do you have a particular strategy to avoid 'falling off the wagon' this time?
I generally recommend small steps to change habits gradually (instead of overhauling your life in one go), which will help the changes 'stick' and require less motivation, which is a finite resource.

    Wishing you success!

I'm starting finding ways to keep track, like documenting (logging) everything I do, what I have for lunch...etc. Thanks for the tip! I don't plan on going full force on getting back on track, just small changes, starting with what I eat, then work my way up to workouts or whatever else that will help with a better lifestyle.

    Thank you!
