Hello, I can’t hit my goal in calories, while it seems too close to my goal in macros, any idea? Is this because of fibers? How to adjust these to be equal? l4wsrgwm9nw5.png

European food entries should not include fiber under carbs, so that could only be an issue for non-European (US and Canada, I think?) entries.
A more likely scenario is that the food database entries you have used are incorrect. Have you checked the individual entries, adding up the calories from the three macros (4kcal/gr for carbs and protein, 9kcal/gr for fat)?

Side note: if you are using an entry for cooked basmati rice (my knowledge of Scandinavian languages is limited  ), it's certainly not 350 calories per 100gr. That's the amount of calories for 100gr uncooked rice.

Yeah, you have to check food database entries before you use them. 99.9% of them are entered by other users. If you want them correct and you can't find one, you can enter a new food into the database. Then it will be in your MY FOODS and you can use that entry the next time and know that you have it right.

Pretty sure you can find a rice entry that's close enough without doing that. I'd guess there are hundreds already entered. For me it's just smarter to enter it myself the first time I use it. Then I know the fiber, carbs, portion, measurement (grams, ounces, etc.) and everything else are entered the way I want them.
