Newbie here!

Hi! My name is Deidre. I have joined My Fitness Pal before but never really worked the program. I’ve done other programs before but have always struggled. My husband has had great success with this so I am giving it a try. I have a lot of weight to lose. I want to feel more comfortable in my body and be healthy for myself and daughter. All support, encouragement and advice are welcome. Super excited to start and good luck to all the newbies 😀
