I downloaded the free version of my fitness pal to use as a food diary to track macros. I entered breakfast data, and it tells me calories, not macros. How do i get macros?

I think you u can get basic macros if you click the nutrition tab when you look at your diary. Click the round shape top right first. (kinda pizza)1

From the app go to your diary. At the bottom of your diary you will see a 'nutrition' box. click that. then click on macros tab.
from the website you should see macro breakdown (%) by the foods you have logged. At the bottom you will see a pie chart that gives you a visual of the percentages.1
