Hi!

Hi! Came back, used MFP off and on for the last 8+ years. It's always helped me. A lot has change in my life and I've gained 22 lbs- 10lbs of it since November 5 2021. I contribute it to overeating caused by stress and anxiety and fear of using the gym due to germs. I also am a mom and work full time so I seriously struggle trying to find the time to be active. I used to be a runner, could run 6 miles a day but now I'm overweight, knees hurt, and can't run even run a 1/4 mile at 186lbs (and 5'3 height). I'm depressed and anxious about my size- this is the heaviest I've been. The last time I was this size was when I was 9 months pregnant. I need to figure out a schedule that balances work, health, and my family 🥺

    Hey sweet lady. Your body has done a lot for you. You said it doesn't do what you used to do...do you wish to start running again or do you have another goal? I want to brisk walk for an hour without pause. My knees are crap and my back say f u daily....my job is physical
